ABOUT《United Nations》
“联合国”是胡小芳项目的第四阶段。胡尹萍因为对自己家族的观察，开始反思“家庭”和“家族”的观念：同一个家族内部 的家庭之间为什么有强烈的差异性？胡尹萍让“小芳”告知小镇的阿姨，公司要组织一个“联合国”的项目，希望阿姨编织一 面家旗来代表自己的家庭，来参与这个项目。每一个家庭因其差异性都被看作是一个奇怪的国家，一面面家旗就组成了“联合 国”。在这个阶段中，艺术家发现一个家庭的质感其实来源于女性。
“United Nations” is the fourth stage of the project Hu Xiaofang. As a result of her observation of her own family, Hu Yinping began to reflect on the concept of “family” and “clan”. Why are there strong differences between families within the same clan? Hu let Xiaofang tell the mothers in the town that the company was organising a "United Nations" project and wanted them to knit a family flag to represent their family and participate in the project. Each family, because of its differences, is seen as a strange nation, thus the numerous family flags form a "United Nations". In this stage, the artist discovers that the texture of a family actually comes from the woman.
